There are various download options depending on your computing platform and intended use. They are all gzipped tar files.

There is now a version of CPPX which is based on GCC V3.0. Currently it's only available for Linux. It is not an update to the previous version, but requires a new install. It corrects several problems of the original version, including compilation of standard I/O. Unfortunately, it still doesn't handle the standard template library properly.

• Source. The source is distributed as changes to the "Jan 15 2001 Snapshot of GCC 2.97" from GNU. (A full version of the modified compiler is also available, if you prefer not to download from two places and apply the changes.)
